Laboratory

In order to guarantee the best quality and food safety for customers, EGI has established a test laboratory which is compliant with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025 in early 2014. Numbers of testing items regarding to food utensils, food containers and packaging are certified by TAF. The laboratory has the same testing capabilities to those international certified laboratorie. In additon to internal quality control, it also provides professional inspection services to all customers range in food industry.

OTR/WVTR

OTR instrument: To test the barrier film of Oxygen Transmission Rate.
WVTR instrument: To test the barrier film of Water Vapor Transmission Rate.

ICP OES inctrument (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry)

To test heavy metal contents of material and the leaching solution from material layer, which contacts to food.

GC/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer)

To test plasticizers of material and the leaching solution from material layer, which contacts to food.

Microbiological test

To ensure products' safe and hygiene from material to finished product through workers and plant inside.

Leaching Test

To test the solid matter of leaching solution from material layer, which contacts to food.
